To open an account on aide.app, follow these steps:

- Connect your inbox to start importing tickets. Aide currently supports Front and Zendesk and does this securely using OAuth. Note that an admin or a team admin will need to grant access.
- Install AI Assist in Front or Zendesk.
Once these steps are completed, Aide will start learning from past conversations with customers to automatically detect intents and suggest AI responses. Aide also allows attaching Macros and SOPs to every intent for easy access.
